Açıklama

Brightly coloured petals are a visual signal to attract pollinators. These pollinators are then lured to the flower by the nectar and other floral rewards that the plant offers. When pollinators, such as bees or butterflies, visit a flower to collect nectar, pollen grains from the male part of the flower (anthers) stick to their bodies. The bright colours of petals are a primary visual cue that serves as an adaptation for attracting pollinators, such as insects, birds, and bats, which facilitate the transfer of pollen necessary for plant reproduction.
