3, 3, 3-trimethyl-1-propene
1, 1, 1-trimethyl-2-propene
3, 3-dimethylbut-1-ene
2, 2-dimethyl-3-butene

The correct name is 3, 3-dimethylbut-1-ene.
Note :
(1) This is alkene. So according to the rule of IUPAC naming of alkene, double bond should get lowest possible number.
