Separation of Power is a prominent feature of a presidential system of government. Separation of powers implies that the three organs of government the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary are separated in functions and personnel. In Presidential system of government, the Legislative implements the laws and the Judiciary interprets the laws. There is strict separation of powers in the Presidential system of government.
