Explicaţie
The frog uses the buccal cavity (mouth-throat) to pump air into the lungs. The floor of the mouth is lowered, drawing air in through the nostrils, and then raised, forcing air into the lungs. Frogs can also breathe through their skin, which is thin and moist, allowing for efficient gas exchange.
