Power can be defined as the
ability of the parliament to delegate to anothr body or person the right to make laws on its behalf
right to rule irrespective of oppositions to the ruler
capacity to comped or influence others to do what they would otherwise not do
capacity to encourage others to do what they had originally intended doing
ability of the government to encourage communities to embark on self-help projects
