\(\lim \limits_{x \to 1} \frac{1 - x}{x^{2} - 3x + 2} = \lim \limits_{x \to 1} \frac{-1}{x - 2}\)

= \(\frac{-1}{1 - 2} = \frac{-1}{-1} = 1\)
