Mathematics for IGCSE & O level - Probability (Section 8 - No. 9)

In the case of drawing a ball from a bag without replacement. If there are seven blue and three red balls and you pick two balls. What is the probability of picking two blue balls?
42/100
42/90
42/9
42/10

Explanation

If there are 7 blue balls. The probability of picking the first ball is 7/10. If a blue ball is drawn, there are now 6 blue balls left out of a total of 9 balls, therefore, 7/10 * 6/9 = 42/90
