A vase is a prism with a cross section as shown. The internal measurements are as shown. How much water can the vase hold? Give your answer in litres. (Remember that 1 litre = 1000cm³). The vase is a right angle traingle with sides 12cm x 15cm and 10cm high.

Explanation
Area of base = 1/2 * base * height = 1/2 * 12 * 15 = 90 cm². Volume = 90 * 10 = 900 cm³. 900/1000 = 0.90 litres
