From circuit given,
Potential difference across $C_{3}$ is $2 \mathrm{~V}$ (constant)
$\therefore Q_{3}=2 \times 4 \mu \mathrm{C}$
$$ =8 \mu \mathrm{C} $$
$\therefore Q_{3}=2 \times 4 \mu \mathrm{C}$
$$ =8 \mu \mathrm{C} $$
