$$R = {{\sqrt {2mK} } \over {qB}}$$
So, $${{{r_d}} \over {{r_p}}} = {{\sqrt {{m_d}} /{q_d}} \over {\sqrt {{m_p}} /{q_p}}}$$

So $$x = 2$$
