$${{{1 \over {{2^2}}} - {1 \over {{3^2}}}} \over {{1 \over {{2^2}}}}} = {x \over {x + 4}}$$
$$ \Rightarrow {{9 - 4} \over {9 \times 4 \times {1 \over 4}}} = {x \over {x + 4}} = {5 \over 9}$$
