Resolution limit ($$\Delta$$$$\theta$$) = $${{1.22\lambda } \over d}$$

$$ \therefore $$ Resolution power $$ \propto $$ $${1 \over \lambda }$$
Since, wavelength of electron is much less than visible light, its resolving power will be much more.
