During titration of oxalic acid by $\mathrm{KMnO}_{4}$, oxalic acid converts into $\mathrm{CO}_{2}$.
$\therefore$ Change in oxidation state of carbon $=1$
During titration of oxalic acid by $\mathrm{KMnO}_{4}$, oxalic acid converts into $\mathrm{CO}_{2}$.
$\therefore$ Change in oxidation state of carbon $=1$
