Explanation

(2 x 9 \(^0\) ) (Y x 9 \(^1\)+ 3 x 9\(^0\)) = (3 x 5 \(^0\))(Y x 5\(^1\) + 3 x 5\(^0\)).

(2 * 1)(Y *9 + 3) = (3 * 1)(Y * 5 + 3)
18y + 6 = 15y + 9

18y - 15y = 9 - 6

3y = 3

y = 1
