Rubadiri's An African Thunderstorm, says that during thunderstorm in the village

children are delighted while women move in and out
children play in the rain
both women and children are delighted
women cook their food.

Explanation

Children are delighted because they enjoy the breeze and play in the rain. Women move in and out from their house packing the things outside into the house.
