Allah commands Muslims to observe and fulfill agreements with the non-Muslims, if the later do not
infringe on the right of women
observe the five daily prayers
change the language employed
violate the terms of the agreement
Explanation
According to Quran and Hadith promise keeping has a significant importance and Muslims are ordered to keep their promises. Promises will be asked on the Day of Judgment. Every person or group keeps promises and make agreements at some point in their life which need to be fulfill and not to be break.In Surah Isra' Verse 34 it is mentioned,"And keep the covenant. Lo! Of the covenant it will be asked."
