The constitution is the fundamental law containing th rules and principles governing a country. Convention is one of the sources of a constitution. Act sof parlimant are laws that are passed by the legislature. Judicial review is one of methods by which the judiciary checks on other arms of goverment; it determines whether or not the laws, policies and actions of the legislative and executive are constitutional.
