Explanation
Judicial Committee of Privy Council is the highest court of appeal for British Territories established on 13th, August 1833. The Privy Council served as the final court of appeal for Nigeria during the colonial period and up until the Nigerian Constitution of 1963, when Nigeria established its own Supreme Court as the highest judicial authority in the country.
