The Technical Aid Corps (TAC) scheme in Nigeria aims at strengthening relations with African countries. It was a scheme to develop and strengthen relations with the African, the Caribbean, and the Pacific States (ACP countries). The program sends Nigerian experts in various fields, including education, medicine, engineering and agriculture, to assist in the development of these countries.
