Banky and Tosh are SSS2 students who have a rivalry that dates back to JSS 3. Both students clashed in the Best Dancer category at the end-of-year party but Banky was crowned winner. This led Tosh's to threaten a lawsuit because they felt slighted. This can be found on page 42 of the novel.
