Why did Bepo choose Ibadan for his passport renewal?

Explanation
Bepo knew that travelling to neighbouring states like Ogun, Oyo, Osun and Kwara would make the passport renewal easier and faster as there would be fewer crowds than in Lagos so he settled to renew his passport in Ibadan, Oyo State. This can be found on page 48 of the novel.
