According to Jeremiah, other nations would find glory in God and bless themselves in Him only when Israel
comes to God with prayer and fasting
returns to God, honours and glorifies Him
becomes loyal to God and repents of her sins
swears in truth, in justice and in uprightness
Explanation
According to Jeremiah 4:2 (RSV), the prophet declared:
"And if you swear, ‘As the Lord lives,’ in truth, in justice, and in uprightness, then nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory."
