One of the consequences of Saul's disobedience was that
the Philistines killed him
he killed himself
the Amalekites killed him
his armour bearer killed him
Explanation
In 1 Samuel 31:4-6 (RSV), it is recorded that Saul, after being wounded by the Philistines in battle, asked his armor-bearer to kill him to avoid being captured and tortured by the Philistines. When his armor-bearer refused, Saul took his own life by falling on his sword.
