A soil with the PH range of 6.1 to 6.9 can be described as
alkaline

slightly alkaline

Explanation

PH scale is number 1-14.1-6.9 is acidic ,the close it is to 1 the more acidic it becomes and the closer it is to 6.9 the less /slightly acidic it becomes ,while 7 is neutral ,8-12 is alkaline and the closer it is to 12 the highly it gets and the closer it is to 8 the less/slightly alkaline it is.
