In a parliamentary system of government, the legislature and executive are fused to ensure

.

supremacy of the ruling party in administering the state
smoothness in the administration of the state
the constitution is read in parliament at all time
the judiciary consults parliament before ruling on cases

설명

A parliamentary system is a system of democratic governance of a state where the executive derives its democratic legitimacy from its ability to command the confidence of the legislature, typically a parliament, and is also held accountable to that parliament. For instance the government must gain a vote of confidence from the assembly, the assembly may grant to the government the power to make delegated legislation or the head of government is automatically a member of the assembly. With this, everyone is collectively responsible for all decisions made and enable a smooth administration of governance.
