Other functions are as follows:
1. Translation of the political programmes of the ruling political party into government policies.
2. Execution of government policies and activities.
3. Monitoring and coordinating government projects
4. Helping to draft government bills for legislative discussion.
5. Helping to draft government bills for legislative discussion.
6. Prepare answers to parliamentary questions for their respective ministers.
7. Helping in the preparation of annual budgets and estimates for the government.
8. Educates the people on the activities and polices of government.
