Citizenship of a state is based on the following requirements except
birth
marriage
education
naturalization

Education is not a requirement for acquiring citizenship. While education can be a factor in the integration process, it is not a criterion for citizenship. Citizenship can be by birth, marriage (or registration), naturalisation or honorary.
