WAEC - Government (2001 - No. 9)

A disadvantage of centralized administration is that
wide powers are allocated to sub-national bodies
the influence of the administration is easily felt by the local people
local people are not easily exploited by the sub-national agents
sub-national bodies are denied initiative in decision making

توضیح

In a centralised administration, most of the decision-making power is concentrated in the central government. This means that sub-national bodies, such as local governments or regional authorities, have limited autonomy and are unable to make decisions or implement policies without the approval of the central government.
