WAEC - Biology (2005 - No. 22)

In plant respiration occurs in
mesophyll cells only
the root only
the stomata and lenticel only
all living cells

توضیح

Respiration in plants does not solely occur through stomata and lenticels. While these structures are important for gas exchange, every plant part, including leaves, stems, and roots, participates in respiration, albeit at different rates. Plants do not have specialized respiratory organs like humans, but they use their various parts for gaseous exchange.
