Talaq al-Bida'ah, also known as the innovated divorce, takes effect when divorce is pronounced three times simultaneously. This practice is considered to be against the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) as it does not allow for the period of reconciliation that is recommended in Islam.
