The enzyme invertase will hydrolyze sucrose to give
maltose and glucose
glycerol and fatty acid
glucose and fructose
mannose and galactose
Erläuterung
Sucrose is a dissacharide that resulted from reaction of 1 molecule of Glucose and 1molecule of fructose.However, Sucrose can be split into Glucose and fructose in the presence of an enzyme, invertase.
