Forklaring

The transverse foramina are small holes in the vertebrae that allow the vertebral arteries, veins, and sympathetic nerves to pass through. The vertebral arteries supply blood to the brainstem and cerebellum by entering the foramen magnum. (labelled V in the diagram). Option C
